I'm from Taiwan, can I apply for the scholarship?
No, students from Taiwan and Hong Kong are NOT eligible. Chinese Taipei (Taiwan) and Hong Kong are not covered by the DCI financing instrument (which is the financing instrument for your project). They rather benefit from the so-called instrument for cooperation with industrialised and other high-income countries and territories.
